All service times relate to images which are fully uploaded or delivered prior to 12 noon ES(D)T business days only *workload permitting.
Orders received after 12noon will fall into the next day's schedule.
Services may experience delays during peak times. Mothers day, Fathers day, Holidays and Christmas
Specials and promotions are not treated as priority and may incur extra delays due to higher volumes.
Delivery Services
Express Post couriers pick-up from Digital Works on day of completion.
Aramex couriers pick-up from Digital Works on the next business day of completion date.
An automated email will confirm completion of Online orders.

Digital Works will be closed for the Christmas period.
From 12pm Wednesday 24th December EDST
Service cut off dates apply as from the time and dates listed below :-
5mm 20/25mm Foamcore, Canvas, Finishing, Overlaying, Framing etc Midday Thursday 18th December.
Direct output Prints from DW Pro-Max Online orders & USB apply as from 10am on 24th December.
Late pick-up available until 12pm 24th December.
Please allow extra time for courier and express post deliveries as they will also be overloaded
