Fastway couriers collect completed parcels from Digital Works in the morning of the next business day.
The driver will require your signature when making the delivery. Make sure the parcel is in good condition.
by doing so you except the parcel was received in good condition
You are within your rights to open the package prior to the driver leaving to ensure the contents are not damaged.
If you would like the parcel to be left without a signature, please include a note indicating where you would like your parcel to be left.
* From Digital Works Pro-Direct online printing software , include delivery instructions in the notes section on the details page of the program.
*From CD, include delivery instructions with your CD order form.
